Partner Program Terms

Operated by Sudarshan Dynamics (sole proprietorship, India), trading as Outgroww. By applying through our partner portal, you agree to these terms.

1 Joining

We review every application and may approve or decline it. Partners can be based anywhere, including the EU, EEA and UK. Commissions accrue only to approved partners.

2 Commission

$200 flat for every AI Visibility Blueprint bought through your link. 16.67% of the pre-tax price for every other plan; for Monitoring, only the first monthly payment earns commission. One commission per purchase.

3 Tracking

Sales are credited through your partner link only; coupon codes aren't used. Links must point to outgroww.com pages, never directly to a checkout page. A referral lasts 60 days. If a referred visitor gives us their email and buys later, the sale may be matched to you by email. Report missing sales to us within 30 days.

4 Where buyers can be

Our reports aren't available to buyers in the EU, EEA or UK. Don't target audiences there. Orders from those regions are declined and refunded, so they earn no commission.

5 Payment

Commissions are held for 30 days, then paid through Rekomi by bank deposit, Stripe or PayPal where available. You must complete Rekomi's payout and tax forms first. You're responsible for your own taxes.

6 Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred sale is refunded or disputed, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, we may deduct it from future commissions or ask you to repay it.

7 Disclosure (required)

Every post, email or video containing your link must clearly say you earn a commission — for example, "I earn a commission if you buy through my link," or "Paid link" next to the link. "Affiliate link" alone isn't enough. Put the disclosure next to the link, not only in a bio or footer.

8 What you may say

Outgroww measures how visible a Shopify store's products are in AI answers, tested in Perplexity, and shows which competitors get recommended instead. The Blueprint is a written fix plan delivered within 3 days (24 hours for the Founding Batch). No store access is needed.

9 What you may not do

• Guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, citations, or being recommended by any AI assistant.
• Say Outgroww tests ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Copilot or Gemini, or that it can influence any AI assistant.
• Say we log into stores or implement fixes.
• Imply we're affiliated with Shopify, OpenAI or Google.
• Invent scarcity, discounts or deadlines.
• Send spam or email bought lists.
• Bid on "Outgroww" in paid search.
• List us on coupon or deal sites.
• Buy through your own link or for a business you own.
• Claim you've used Outgroww if you haven't.

10 Monitoring

We review partner content and may ask you to change it. Serious or repeated breaches end your participation and forfeit commissions on the affected sales.

11 Brand use

You may use our name, logo and supplied assets only to promote the program, without modifying them.

12 Relationship

You're an independent partner, not our employee or agent, and you can't make promises on our behalf.

13 Data

We and Rekomi process your data as described in the "If You're a Partner" section of our Privacy Policy.

14 Founding Batch

From 28 September to 2 October 2026 (US Eastern Time), only 10 Blueprints are available. If slots sell out, your referral still lasts 60 days.

15 Changes and ending

We may change these terms or rates with 14 days' notice; commissions already earned keep their rate. Either side can end participation at any time, and earned, non-refunded commissions are still paid.

16 Liability and law

Our liability to you is limited to commissions owed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
