1 Who We Are
This website is operated by Sudarshan Dynamics, a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading as Outgroww.

This policy covers outgroww.com, our contact form, purchases made through our checkout, our partner program, and emails we send about partnerships. If you go on to become a client, the handling of your store data and audit results is governed by our Terms of Service.
Where we operate: we don't offer our reports to businesses or individuals located in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Our partner program is open to partners in any country, including those regions.
2 What We Collect
2.1 What you type into our contact form
Our contact form collects:
- Name
- Email address
- Store URL
- Which service you're interested in — free scan, visibility report, AI Visibility Blueprint, monitoring, or a partner program question
- Message (optional free-text field)
- A referral code, if you arrived through a partner's link (added automatically)
That's it. We don't ask for phone numbers, postal addresses, or payment details anywhere on this site.
Submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which receives what you type and forwards it to our inbox. We then hold it in Zoho Mail.
If you arrived through a partner's link, the email address you enter may also be sent to Rekomi, our partner platform, so the right partner is credited if you buy later.
2.2 What our host records automatically
The site is hosted on Vercel. Their servers record standard information when you load a page: IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, referring URL, and timestamps. This is ordinary web server operation, used for delivering the site, keeping it working, and blocking abuse.
2.3 Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which sections they read. It is cookieless — it counts visits using aggregated signals rather than tracking individuals, records no personally identifiable information, and does not follow you across other websites.
2.4 What we don't do
We don't use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, social media trackers, session recording or heatmaps. We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or pass it to data brokers. The only commercial arrangement that involves your data is our partner program: if a partner referred you and you buy, they're paid a commission, and Rekomi records the referral (see 2.6).
2.5 When you buy
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details and handles them under its own privacy policy. Dodo shares with us what we need to deliver your report: your name, email address, country, what you bought, and the store address you entered. We never see your full card details.
2.6 Partner links
If you arrive through a partner's link, Rekomi (operated by Uplup Inc., USA) stores a referral identifier in your browser for up to 60 days, recording which partner referred you. If you buy, Rekomi matches the purchase to that partner using this identifier, the checkout details or your email address, so the partner can be paid. This isn't used for visitors from the EU, EEA or UK, or for browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal.
2.7 Checkout agreement record
When you continue to checkout, we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, your approximate country, the store address you entered, the partner referral code, if you arrived through a partner's link, and the version of our Terms and Refund Policy you agreed to. We use this to prove the agreement if a payment is disputed and to prevent fraud. We keep it for 12 months.

On email: we'll reply to your enquiry — that's what the form is for, and we may follow up on it. What we won't do is add you to a mailing list or send you promotional emails without asking you separately first.

Except for Dodo Payments, which acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, these providers act on our instructions and under their own contractual terms. Nobody else receives your data unless we're legally required to disclose it — for example under a valid court order — or where it's necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Because we're in India and these providers operate internationally, your data crosses borders. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved for that purpose, and for Rekomi, the transfer terms in its data processing agreement.
5 How Long We Keep It

6 Your Rights
Whatever country you're in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
- Send you a copy in a portable format
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
- Object to processing we've based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent where we relied on it

We'll acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve it within 30 days. It's free. We won't ask you for identification unless we genuinely can't tell it's you.
If you're unhappy with our response:
- India — raise it with our Grievance Officer above, then the Data Protection Board of India
- EEA / UK — complain to your national data protection authority, or the ICO in the UK
- California — you may also contact the California Attorney General
7 Cookies and Do Not Track
Strictly necessary: cookies needed to serve pages and protect against abuse.
Referral identifier (Rekomi): stored in your browser only when you arrive through a partner's link, for up to 60 days, so the partner can be credited if you buy. It isn't used for visitors from the EU, EEA or UK, or for browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Referral code (ours): if you arrive through a partner's link, we also keep that partner's code in your browser's local storage for up to 60 days, to add it to your enquiry.
Checkout: Dodo Payments' checkout runs on Dodo's own website and uses its own cookies under its own policy.
Analytics: cookieless.
Do Not Track: we don't track visitors across other websites. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where we can detect them.
8 Automated Analysis
Our audit method uses software and AI tools, including third-party AI tools, to analyse publicly available store and product data and produce a visibility score. It evaluates online stores, not people. It makes no decision about any individual and has no legal or similarly significant effect on anyone.
We use third-party AI systems as measurement tools — we query them and record which brands they name. We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not use AI to make decisions about you.
9 Security
We use HTTPS across the site, keep the number of systems holding your data as small as possible, and use established providers. No website is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures and will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach occurs that puts you at risk.
10 Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
11 Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so clearly on this page.
12 If You're a Partner
If you join our partner program, we and Rekomi process your name, email address, website or channel, referral activity and commissions, and, if you join our Discord, your Discord username. Payout details and tax forms (W-9 or W-8) are collected and held by Rekomi and its payment providers; we don't store them ourselves. We use this data to run the program, pay you and meet tax obligations. Partners can be based anywhere, including the EU, EEA and UK. The rights in section 6 apply to you, and if you're in the EEA or UK you can complain to your data protection authority.
13 Partnership Emails
We may email businesses that publicly list a business contact address, such as agencies, creators and newsletter publishers, to invite them to our partner program. We only use publicly available business contact details, keep messages to a minimum, include a way to opt out in every email, and stop as soon as you ask. We don't send unsolicited partnership emails to individuals or sole traders in the EU, EEA or UK.
