2 What We Sell
Outgroww sells fixed-scope digital reports that measure how visible a Shopify store's products are in AI-generated answers. Every report is delivered as a PDF by email. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes.

3 Who Can Buy
Outgroww sells to businesses only. By placing an order, you confirm you're buying for a business and not as a consumer. We don't currently offer our services to businesses or individuals located in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If an order comes from one of those places, we'll decline it and refund it in full through Dodo Payments.
4 What's Included and Excluded
Reports analyse publicly available store data only. We do not access your Shopify admin, implement changes on your behalf, or provide calls, video or live consulting. You or your developer apply the recommendations.
How we measure: we test real buying questions in an AI answer engine and record which brands its answers name and which sources they cite. Different AI assistants use different data and methods and may answer differently. Results reflect the date the test was run.
5 Ordering and Acceptance
Your order is confirmed when Dodo Payments confirms your payment. Before checkout, you tick a box to agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy, and we keep a record of that agreement (see our Privacy Policy). We may decline an order before work starts: for example, if the daily or batch limit has been reached, the store isn't publicly accessible, or it has more SKUs than your plan covers. If we decline, you receive a full refund through Dodo Payments. If your store exceeds your plan's SKU limit, we'll offer to move you to the right plan or refund you in full.
6 Payments
Dodo Payments is our authorised reseller and merchant of record. When you buy, you buy from Dodo Payments, which collects payment, calculates and remits sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Dodo's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction alongside these Terms. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes; the tax portion is calculated at checkout from your location and shown on your invoice. Your statement may show Dodo Payments rather than Outgroww. Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel. Billing questions (invoices, payments, refunds) are handled by Dodo Payments; questions about your report are handled by us.
7 Delivery
We deliver each report by email to the address used at checkout. Turnaround starts when your payment is confirmed and we have your store URL. The Blueprint's 90-day re-measure is sent about 90 days after delivery. If we can't meet a stated turnaround, we'll tell you before it passes, and you can choose to wait or take a full refund before delivery.
8 Founding Batch
The first 10 AI Visibility Blueprint orders placed between 5 October and 20 October 2026 (US Eastern Time) (the "Founding Batch") include delivery within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and one additional re-measurement report about 30 days after delivery, equivalent to one month of Monitoring. The extra re-measurement is not a subscription: nothing renews and you won't be charged for it. The Founding Batch closes when 10 orders have been placed or at the end of 20 October 2026 (US Eastern Time), whichever comes first.
9 No Performance Guarantee
AI assistants give different answers between runs and change over time. We have no control or influence over how any AI assistant or search engine chooses what to show or recommend. We measure and recommend. We do not guarantee rankings, recommendations, citations, traffic or revenue, and nothing in a report is a promise of any outcome.
10 Accuracy
Every finding cites the specific field in your store's public data it refers to. If a finding misstates your store's public data, or a deliverable we promised is missing, we correct or complete it at no charge.
11 Your Use of the Report
You may use the report freely within your own business, including sharing it with your developer or agency. You may not resell, republish or white-label a report without our written agreement.
12 Confidentiality and Your Data
We treat your report and anything you send us as confidential. We don't share your report with anyone else, including any partner who referred you, unless you ask us to. We may use anonymised, aggregated findings (for example, "most stores we audited were missing GTINs") in our marketing. We'll only publish your store's name, results or a quote with your written permission. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13 Referral Partners
Some customers reach us through independent partners who earn a commission when they buy. This doesn't change your price. Partners never receive your report or your store data. Partners are not our employees or agents and can't make promises on our behalf; only these Terms and our website describe what you get.
14 Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy and are issued only through Dodo Payments. If something is wrong, please email us first; we reply within 72 hours. A chargeback on a delivered report raised without contacting us may be contested with evidence of delivery and of your acceptance of these Terms.
15 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
17 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
